The reason for the lengthly travel from MA to your dealership in RI to purchase our Rav4 was Paula Fragata who, at the time, was new to your dealership but not new to our Toyota family. In past years she is responsible for the great Toyota rides our family has enjoyed from the Tundra, Tacoma, Avalon, Siena, Rav4 and my Husband's current pride and one of a kind dressed FJ Cruiser. Our return visit last week to trade my old Rav for a 2010 Camry proved again to be a pleasant and joyful experience. Paula not only swiftly closed the deal, but swept us off our feet. She's attentive to customer needs and A+ in customer interaction. Stress negotiating doesn't exist. Also, we met Alvin, in financing. A charming young man, a stickler for perfection, efficient, dedicated and a great personality. I'm thrilled with my new Camry and would refer anyone interested in a pleasant car shopping experience to take the drive and ask for Paula. Congrats Paula on another job well done.

Dear Mr. Mika,

Recently, due to two unfortunate accidents, my 2007 Prius was totalled; my 2010 Prius was rear-ended, and I had service at your body shop.

Your manager, Larry Martorano, was not only knowledgeable, courteous and professional, he went "the extra mile" on my behalf.

Because of his interaction with my insurance company, he learned that according to the terms of my policy, I should not have been charged a deductible, and I was refunded $500!

You have a valuable employee in Mr. Martorano, and I have a valuable friend in the service business!

Dear [Toyota of Newport],

I wanted to thank you and your mechanics at Toyota of Newport for the recent repair of my Saab 9.3 Aero

Even though the damage looked pretty bad (from my point of view) on the passenger side of the car, especially the rear door because of leaving it open while backing out of our car port in Vermont, your people did a great job in repairing the damage. To the naked eye everything looks like new again and so far I have not noticed anything amiss. It rained hard the other day and there were no leaks through the windows.

Both Earl and Larry were very professional and I wanted to thank you for a job well done.

I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Toyota of Newport for this type of work.
